Hi, I’m Katrina!

My journey into nutrition coaching began with my own health struggles, sparking a passion to learn how to nourish my body in the way it needed.

In September of 2019 I was diagnosed with a severe gluten allergy, and was right on the cusp of Celiac. A few additional food allergies sprung up due to a severely damaged GI tract. While on the path to heal my body, I began to be increasingly aware of the ingredients in food, as well as the reactions my body had from eating certain things. This started my deep dive into nutrition and how to best fuel and support my body.

I believe that food is medicine, and can be so healing to our bodies. It’s not about restrictive diets or chasing fads, it's about consistently nourishing your body with choices that make you feel your best. I believe it is a healthy balance of both nutrient-dense choices that best support your body, as well as the comforting smell of delicious cinnamon rolls in the oven, just like your grandma used to make!

In April of 2024 I successfully completed my training and became a Certified Nutrition Coach through NASM. I’m really excited to work alongside my clients to empower, inspire and encourage them on their journey towards healing and wellness.

In my free time you can find me hiking in the woods with my husband Corbin and our goldendoodle Oakley, gardening, reading, thrifting or baking gluten-free goodies for my other business, Wildflower Bakery!
